Springys’ Fundamentals training gives a broad, introductory look into the Springys approach to exercise prescription and the tools that we offer to fulfil your functional movement objectives. While the training is broad and introductory in nature, you will walk away with practical knowledge and the tools to implement Springys as part of your workout toolkit.
The content delivery style promotes learning through practical Lab Sessions (including case studies), theoretical study and experiential activities.
This Fundamentals training is delivered over two days in an exercise-clinic environment. It is best suited for Participants who enjoy intensive learning, as we cover a lot in these two days.
