How Springys Works

The Springys system has unparalleled capability to expand the scope of potential repertoire.

The ‘Springys’ apparatus itself is evolution of the Pilates spring wall, containing 3 difference length springs that attach to hooks on a mounted frame. It differs from a traditional spring wall in size, spring length, amount of hooks and added hand bar (which can double as a Barre). The Springy’s wall allows for increased resistance capability and scope of exercise repertoire.

The system provides spring resistance to the arms and legs to challenge the core, tone muscles, and improves mind-body coordination.
